Gentle gliding and kneading Swedish strokes with light to medium pressure. A perfect treat at the end of a long day. *for therapeutic, structural, or pain relief benefits, the Deep Relief session is recommended.
Intense relief from excruciating knots and deeply rooted tension. Medium to very firm pressure. Deep Swedish gliding strokes, Shiatsu, trigger point release, Chinese acupressure and precision techniques dissolve tightness and leave you feeling supple, profoundly relaxed, and pain-free. An artful combination of sophisticated stretches, rhythmic pressure, and gentle unwinding of tight muscle tissue for a feeling of euphoric lightness and blissful calm. Feels like a dance- half yoga, half healing touch. All fitness levels benefit immensely. No yoga experience or flexibility is needed. Session is performed on a special floor mat, client remains fully clothed. Please wear loose, comfy attire.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled (this includes late arrivals) with less than 24 hours notice will be responsible for the full fee as per the session time originally reserved.
*As is standard practice with any therapeutic bodywork or massage facility, all first time visitors are required to fill out and sign a medical intake form. This is confidential and ensures the safest, most beneficial, enjoyable session possible.
